This 18,000 plus square foot oceanview lot is home to a 9.2 inch, 2-gun Battery Gun Control Station in the historic community of Vigie in Castries, Saint Lucia.  Some portions of the Fort are still accessible and can be incorporated into any future build.  The lot with existing historical structures is on offer.  Renders of existing plans have been shown to illustrate the potential of the lot.  This approved design includes 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms; with an infinity pool, laundry, storage room, and owner’s lock-up in the main house. Unlike any other luxury products on the island or in the region, this design will see 3 major rooms within the gun control station, carefully renovated and transformed into a meditation room and wine cellar.  The design also proposes refurbishing the existing captain’s quarters to its original specifications for historical reference and viewing. The illustrated design allows for 2 separate groups of visitors to use the facilities independently or can accommodate a large group of up to 10 persons.
